Here a complete overview of the actions that your customers can perform from their personal account page.
This page called “Booking My Account” is generated by this shortcode [salon_booking_my_account] as soon as the plugin is activated.
From this page, once the user is logged-in, many actions related to the booking management can be performed according to the settings of Salon Booking System plugin.
Here the full list of the available actions:
– Complete the payment of a “payment pending” reservation
– Cancel a reservation
This option needs to be enabled from “Settings > Booking rules”.
– Re-schedule an upcoming reservation
This feature is available if you have enabled “Change order” option inside “Settings > Booking rules”
– Repeat a past reservation
This feature is available if you have enabled “Change order” option inside “Settings > Booking rules”
– Leave a feedback on past reservations
– Manage their personal profile information

In order to make easier for your customers to access their personal account page, make sure you have added a link to this page inside your main navigation menù.
Another suggestion is to provide clear information to your customers about all the possibilities offered by their personal account page.
You could add this information on top of the “Booking My Account” page before the log-in form.
This way your customers will be aware of these features and they will be more happy to take advantage of them.
