In this last release Salon Booking System we’ve implemented many new features and improvements.

Here is the list of the new features:

– Service’s specific date availability
– Skip summary step
– Sending out the “Feedback reminder” even when “Force quest checkout” is enabled
– “Custom URL feedback submission” available from “Booking my account page”
– “Booking my account” page “Discounts usage” tab improvements

Service’s specific date availability

As it already happening for Assistants, now even for Services you can set an availability rule where specific dates can be selected. This is a PRO feature.

Skip summary step

This new option that can be find in “Settings / Checkout / Skip summary step”, allows you to “skip” the “Summary step” of the booking process on front-end, to speed-up the reservation process.

Sending out the “Feedback reminder” even when “Force quest checkout” is enabled

If you are using a third part platform to collect customers’ reservations and you have set the “custom URL” inside the “Feedback reminder” option. Now our plugin will send out the “feedback reminder” email even if you have enabled the “Force guest checkout” option.

“Custom URL feedback submission” available from “Booking my account page”

Following the previous case, now your customers can be redirected to the custom third part platform to submit their review even from the “Booking my account” page, clicking on the “Submit a feedback” button.

“Booking my account” page “Discounts usage” tab improvements

From the “Discount usage” tab inside the “Booking my account” page, your customers can see all the “available” discounts.

They are marked with a green dot.

For each of them, the user can check their usage history.

Security vulnerability issue fixed

Recently, wordpress.org temporarily suspended our plugin from their repository due to a vulnerability issue find in our code.

We’ve promptly fixed it and we are waiting for the plugin to be available again from wordpress.org
