The number that matters
Use the same currency as your Fresha invoice. The 20% is Fresha’s published fee on a new client who found you in their marketplace (often a minimum per client). Returning clients, and bookings from your own site / Google / social, are a different line. Check fresha.com/pricing for your country — this is a worksheet, not their invoice.

Be precise
Fresha’s marketplace is a real acquisition channel. If strangers browsing their app are how you grow, that 20% is a customer-acquisition cost — not a bug. We do not replace that directory. We replace the tax on bookings that already belong to you.
You need a WordPress site. Clients book on your domain. Data stays in your WordPress database. Competing salons are not listed next to your calendar.
The swap
The form lives on your pages, in your theme. No Fresha URL, no “also booked” rail of other salons.
Names and history stay with you if you leave. You are not renting the list from a marketplace.
