Hope you are well. This email just to apology with those of you that have been experiencing issues using our mobile app.

For you, and for all users of Salon Booking System, a good news, today we’ll release a new version of the app that will fix a bunch of issues and add some improvements to your user experience.

From now on you’ll never got problems log-in into the app even if your password contains any special characters.

We’ve also fixed that issue that was preventing you to add services on a new reservation.

We’ve also managed the issue related to the log-in into the app by the users with “Shop manager” role when the “Multi-Shops” is active.

Now the “Shop manager” can log-in into the app and see only the reservations of his assigned shop.

The shop manager will be able to add or modify reservations for his own shop.

We’ve also fixed the display order of the reservations, from the earlier to the later ones.

In the next release we’ll make easier to add a new reservation on available slots, improving the calendar representation of the busy and free date/time slots.

In our plans we want to add new features to the app in order to manage the customers once in the store, managing the waiting list, the check-out and also the no-shows. We’ll keep you posted on these progress too.

For now we want to thank you for the patience and for the support.

 

P.S. we’ll submit the new version on iOS store and Play Store today, so it will be available for the update in a day or two.
