- Download the add-on and install on your website
- Activate it and activate your license ( if you already have a Business Plan, then license key is the same )
- Go to “Salon / SOAP Notes” from wordpress back-end and setup your form according to your needs
- You’ll find the SOAP Notes form inside each reservation and from “Customers” section.
