Use this option to keep in contact with your customers sending them a customised message trough email or SMS.

You can decide when to send this message selecting the number of days from their last visit to your shop.

You should set this interval according to the average frequency of your customers.

Alternatively you can use the last option “Customer habits” that calculates the average booking frequency of each customer and sends out the message accordingly.

We’ll bring more customers to you, arranging a better appointment for them.
